OUR APPROACH
“To think is easy. To act is hard. But the hardest thing in the world is to act in accordance with your thinking.” - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
As business we see the problems building, and often feel helpless. It’s as though we suffer from ‘paralysis’ – conscious, but unable to move. The interconnectivity is complex and often difficult for singular organisations to comprehend due to the multiplicity of interrelated risks. This leaves organisations extremely vulnerable to immediate and future shock in-able to adapt and respond quickly to system surprise. The worst times can be the best to drive change. We assist business leaders to open their minds to new possibilities, opportunities, business models and relational understanding.
Learning how to do this is key.
We do this by fostering a systems change and resilience thinking approach to dealing with current and future organisational uncertainty; in preparing business for system shock and surprise; and abrupt regime shifts and cascading tipping points.
We believe that in creating the change we want to see will require an increasing number of individuals to embrace the transition to think and act more systematically.
